The Special itself was not that great. While I'm sure it looked good on paper, the finished product really leaves something to be desired.
The newer footage created for this special was very poorly done and the poorness of it was distracting. I really couldn't tell you what went on in scenes featuring newer footage because I was too busy thinking how much the animation sucks.

While as a Classic Looney Tunes fan, it was nice seeing footage and clips from classic cartoons, the Special cutting those cartoons and merging them with the newer footage made them far less enjoyable.
Overall, I give this Special one out of four stars.
The next time I want to see Classic Looney Tunes cartoons, I'll stick to buying the DVDs that feature the cartoons fully and individually.
I only wish I watched this DVD sooner so that I could have returned it when I still had the chance.
